We hope you love your new jewellery or decoration! In case you would still like to return or exchange your piece, please read below.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. After 28 days we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

If you would like to return your item, please inform us within 14 days of receiving it. Once you've notified us, you will have another 14 days to send the item back for us to receive it.

To initiate an exchange or return, please get in touch at hello@foxsistertreasures.com To make the process easier, please include your order number, your name, and the reason for your refund or exchange request. Returned items must be returned in full, in their original condition, unused, and include all accompanying gift boxes, gift bags, information cards, etc.

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item arrives to us safely.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund (the refund will exclude the original shipping costs unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect). Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, typically within 14 days. Exchanges are only possible for the same items and cannot be substituted for other items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days (starting from the day the item is received), for any reason and without a justification. v As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For international customers, please ensure the item is marked as 'Returned Goods' to avoid any additional customs duties or fees. Make it clear that the item is a return, not a sale. If the item is incorrectly marked, the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred.

If an item is being held at a postal office and you have been notified to collect it, it is your responsibility to collect it within the specified period before it is returned to us. In case this order is returned to us, only the item cost will be refunded; shipping will not be refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We are unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital downloads. Refunds and exchanges are not available for personalised items.

We process orders and refunds Monday through Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
